This is one of my all time favorite cookbooks. It’s well designed with color-coded instructions, full page photos with bleeds, and even photos of the ingredients for the recipes. Rocco does a great job of illustrating his “global fusion” cusine. Rocco was the Chef on NBC’s “The Restaurant”, one of my favorite reality shows, well…at least season one. Creatives or anyone for that matter, if you own any cookbooks, this one is a must!
